Before launching Prosper Group, Jacob worked at MRI Power (Management Recruiters International) in Philadelphia, where he focused on the power generation and transmission & distribution industries. During this time, he honed his skills in talent acquisition and developed a deep understanding of the energy sector’s evolving needs.
Outside of work, Jacob is a retired professional cyclist who raced for 13 years at a national level. His athletic background has shaped his approach to leadership, emphasizing discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Today, he enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and two young children, balancing career success with family life.
